I purchased this item and it arrived about 2 weeks ago. I just decided to use it and the clip portion of the strap broke off. I am disappointed but was wondering if I got a Defective product.

A bit smaller than I was expecting. I should’ve paid attention to the size. I like it though and will use it occasionally.
