Upon receipt of the order I received a pair of Brooks Ghosts (Women’s) but I did not receive the colours as mentioned above. I received a dark blue pair with what looks like silver trim. I am not going to complain nor do I want anything in exchange, but please be aware of my disappointment upon opening the parcel.

I go through possible three pairs of these shoes every year and am very happy to have found your site, but I thought it appropriate to point out to your company the mistake that was made.
Your service was great only three days delivery from Melb. to Sydney so lets looks at the bright side. Next time I am in Melbourne I will come and visit you store.

I have been wearing Brooks Ghosts for years. My first pair were the Brooks Ghost 7's. I have always found them to be a comfortable, reliable shoe. I have run half and full Marathons in these shoes without any issues.

So I bought the 15's online, thinking they would be the same as all of the other models. How wrong I was!

The shoe feels like it's a bigger, even though it's the same size I have always worn. The toe box area seems to now be wider, which is no good for my narrow feet, there feels like there is absolutely no cushioning under the ball of the foot...AND the insole keeps slipping to the side in the shoe while I am running in them, so I have to stop and take off my shoe to re-adjust the insole.

I'm REALLY disappointed in this shoe. They just feel cheap and nasty compared to every other Ghost I have owned.

I absolutely love my ghost 15’s! I’ve worn ghosts for a few years now. I have major feet issues and along with my orthodics the ghost shoes haven’t not hurt or flared up my feet at all. Which to me is just amazing. They last too which is also important to me as I wear mine all day everyday for work. I love they offer a variety of colours also, as I’m not a “girly girl”, so there’s always an option for me and my particular tastes. Brooks also offers regular discounts and sales for those who may not want to pay top dollar but like quality also. So that’s definitely appreciated also. Highly recommend.

First time with Brooks - an online purchase. Currently walking about 50km per week. This is a really comfortable shoe - cushioning, stability and support is excellent and is true to size. I thought my foot might move more laterally in the shoe because of the mesh upper, but it is held securely. As I have worn it I find it even more comfortable than at first. Very lightweight also. I have found that the outsole can be a little slippery on some wet outdoor surfaces (not so with my previous brand) which is why I did not give it 5 stars. I would buy them again and recommend if you need a neutral shoe.
